Refund policy

Returns & Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products — freshly made juices and shakes — we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the item has been delivered.

All our products are made fresh upon order to ensure the highest quality and safety standards. Because of this, we are unable to process any return or refund requests, except in cases where:

  • The wrong item was delivered

  • The product arrived damaged or spoiled

  • There is a proven quality issue

In case of return please raise a ticket within the same day.

If you experience any of the above, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at wecare@naturesbalance.in, along with:

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos or videos of the product and packaging

  • Your order ID or receipt

We will evaluate the situation and get back to you promptly. In rare cases where a refund is approved, It will be credited to your account within 1–7 business days. Please note, banks or credit card companies may take additional time to reflect the refund.


European Union Cooling-Off Period

While food and beverage products are typically exempt, if your order qualifies under the European Union’s 14-day cooling-off period, you may contact us to discuss your situation. Eligibility is subject to product condition, compliance with packaging and hygiene standards, and the specific laws in your region.
